Pick ULI Fall Meeting if

  • Your work is land use, urban development or public-private projects
  • You value idea exchange and a broad civic mix
  • You are active in a ULI council or Young Leaders

Pick CREDA Conference if

  • You develop or own office, industrial or mixed-use buildings
  • You want deal conversations: NAIOP's chair said 40% of 2024 attendees reported making or starting a deal on site (the organizer's own survey)
  • You want project tours in Austin, September 27 to 29, 2027

Our read

They are three weeks apart and both draw developers, but the rooms differ. ULI is broader and more about ideas, policy and city-building; CREDA is a commercial developers' and owners' meeting with more business done on site. Office and industrial developers lean CREDA; mixed-use, residential and public-sector people lean ULI.
