Commercial real estate finance conferences, 2026 and 2027

If you lend, borrow, broker or service commercial real estate debt, two organizers set the calendar: the CRE Finance Council and the Mortgage Bankers Association. CREFC's January conference is in Miami for 2027 (January 5 to 8), and its annual conference stays in New York in June. MBA's convention, now called the Commercial/Multifamily Finance Convention and Expo, runs February 7 to 10 in San Diego, which MBA says is its final year there.

MBA's member rate is $1,299 only through November 4, 2026, then $1,499, then $1,599 after January 24; non-members pay $3,149 or more. The smaller IMN and Informa Connect meetings (CRE CLOs, bank special assets) suit specialists in workouts and securitization more than generalists.
