Apartment owners, lenders and operators have 22 events on this calendar. The anchor is NMHC's Annual Meeting in Las Vegas (January 26 to 28, 2027), which runs alongside the Apartment Strategies Conference; the Annual Meeting page itself sits behind an NMHC member login. NAA's Apartmentalize, the operations show, is in Denver in June.

Below the national meetings, Bisnow and IMN run one- or two-day regional events (South Florida, Southern California, Texas middle-market, build-to-rent, single-family rental) that cost far less: Bisnow's South Florida Multifamily Summit lists general admission at $189. Affordable housing has its own track with NH&RA and AHF Live.
