Is CRE.Converge still happening?

Under a new name. NAIOP, which ran CRE.Converge, now calls itself CREDA, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and its fall conference is the CREDA Conference, September 27 to 29, 2027 at the JW Marriott Austin.

Where is the CREFC January conference in 2027?

In Miami, January 5 to 8, 2027. The CREFC Annual Conference is still in New York, June 14 to 16, 2027.

CRE conferences that changed names or cities for 2027

If you’re booking 2027 from last year’s notes, several of the big names won’t match. Here is what moved or was renamed, checked against each organizer’s own site on October 24, 2026.

NAIOP is now CREDA

Type naiop.org into a browser and you land on credaglobal.org: the organization is now CREDA, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Its fall conference, CRE.Converge, is now the CREDA Conference, set for September 27 to 29, 2027 at the JW Marriott Austin. The industrial conferences keep their names: I.CON West in Los Angeles on March 9 and 10, and I.CON East in Jersey City in October.

CREFC’s January conference is in Miami

The CRE Finance Council’s January conference runs January 5 to 8, 2027 in Miami. CREFC member registration is $1,695 on or before December 18, then $2,195. The June annual conference stays in New York, June 14 to 16.

MBA renamed its CREF convention

The Mortgage Bankers Association’s commercial convention is now the Commercial/Multifamily Finance Convention and Expo, branded CREF27. It runs February 7 to 10, 2027 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, which MBA describes as one final year there. The member rate is $1,299 through November 4, 2026. MBA’s servicing event is now the CRE Servicing Solutions Conference, May 16 to 19, 2027 in Los Angeles, formerly the Servicing and Technology conference.

IMN now runs under Informa Connect

imn.org redirects to Informa Connect’s site. IMN’s January forum on opportunity and private fund investing is now called Winter Real Estate Private Funds, January 20 to 22, 2027 in Laguna Beach.

SIOR renamed its spring conference

SIOR’s spring member conference is now the Spring Event (May 5 to 8, 2027, Fort Lauderdale), formerly the Spring World Conference. The fall meeting is the Fall Event (November 3 to 6, 2027, Salt Lake City).

Still waiting on dates

As of October 24, 2026, CoreNet Global hadn’t announced its 2027 North American summit, ULI hadn’t posted dates for its Housing Opportunity conference in Denver, and IMN’s GP/LP summit and Realcomm’s IBcon had announced only a month. CoreNet’s and ULI’s events show on the calendar as “dates not announced”; the IMN and Realcomm events show their month. Each gets dates when the organizer posts them.
