Conferences for real estate investors and fund managers

Capital raising and allocation run through a smaller set of rooms than the big trade shows. Institutional investors and managers meet at PREA; REIT management teams meet their investors at Nareit’s REITweek; private fund GPs, LPs and family offices meet at IMN’s fund events.

Sector investors have their own calendars: hotels (ALIS, Hunter), senior housing (NIC), single-family rental and build-to-rent (IMN), self storage (ISS World Expo).
