Conferences for CRE lenders and debt brokers

If you lend on commercial real estate, or place debt for borrowers, two winter meetings anchor the year: CREFC’s January conference in Miami and MBA CREF in February. Both gather lenders, servicers, investors and borrowers’ advisers.

Around them sit smaller rooms that are better for specific books: private credit and CLO events for non-bank lenders, special assets meetings for workout teams, and sector events (hotels, senior housing, affordable) where the borrowers are.
